The Metadata Working Group was reactivated in 2009 to provide the TDL with general metadata expertise. In particular, the Metadata Working Group will address the following TDL needs:

  • Develop best practices
  • Educate stakeholders on all aspects of metadata
  • Provide guidance on current status and future trends in metadata development in ways that facilitate compliance at TDL
