TxETDA
From TDL Wiki
Texas ETD Association
The Texas ETD Association was established in 2009 with the following purpose:
- Develop a network of support for ETD users in the state of Texas
- Provide a forum for professional development and sharing of best practices
- Promote ETD submission at institutions throughout the state
- Guide future development of the TDL Thesis and Dissertation Management System, Vireo
TxETDA got its start at the TCDL ETD Forum, held May 26 in conjunction with the 2009 Texas Conference on Digital Libraries. The ETD Forum, and TxETDA, were spearheaded by Laura Hammons, Director of the Thesis Office at Texas A&M University.
